These terms apply to the Impossible Taxi app (hereinafter "Application") for iOS and Android mobile devices, developed by Vadim Plămădeală (hereinafter "Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Application you agree to them. Last updated: 5 October 2026.

Licence

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to play the Application on devices you own. The Application, its levels, artwork, sounds and code remain the property of the Service Provider. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Application.

Purchases and advertising

The Application is free and shows advertisements. The optional one-time purchase "Pro" (removes the banner and full-screen ads, unlimited hints, skipping levels without ads, all taxi colours) is not a subscription and is processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms; it can be restored on any device signed in with the same store account. Refunds are handled by the store.

Achievements

Achievements are provided through Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS) under Google's or Apple's terms. Signing in is optional; the whole game can be played without it.

Availability and changes

The Service Provider may update, change or discontinue the Application or parts of it at any time, and may require you to install updates to keep playing.

Liability

The Application is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Application, including lost progress.
