Mathine has no sign-up: it creates an anonymous account on its server for the cloud copy of your factory and for shared worlds. Here is how to remove everything, at any time. Last updated: 20 October 2026.

From the app

Open Settings → Delete my data from the server and confirm. This deletes, immediately:

• your anonymous account and its secret key;
• the cloud copy of your factory;
• your membership in the shared worlds you joined;
• the shared worlds you own. Before deleting, the app offers to hand each world over to another member; if you do not, the world is deleted for everyone and its members are told.

Your factory on the phone stays until you uninstall the app (on Android you can also clear the app's storage: Settings → Apps → Mathine → Storage → Clear data). A copy may remain in your phone's own backup (Android Backup, iCloud) until that backup is replaced.

Without the app

If you can no longer open the app, email vitp.work@gmail.com with the subject Data Deletion Request. Because the account is anonymous, include the player code shown in the app under Settings → About (if you have it) or the approximate date you last played and your device model; we will delete the matching server data and confirm within 30 days. Accounts that do not connect for 24 months are deleted automatically.

Feedback you sent

Feedback messages are kept for up to 12 months. Ask by email, with the subject above, to have them deleted sooner.

Achievements on Play Games or Game Center

Achievements and leaderboard scores you shared with Google Play Games or Apple Game Center belong to your player profile there. On Android, open the Google Play Games app → Settings → Delete Play Games account & data and choose Mathine (or your whole profile). On iPhone and iPad, Game Center data is managed by Apple: sign out of Game Center in iOS Settings to stop sharing, and contact Apple to delete it.

Ads, statistics and crash reports

Advertising data is held by Google AdMob and tied to your device's advertising identifier: reset or delete that identifier in your device settings, and change your ad choices in the app at Settings → Privacy (ad choices). Gameplay statistics (GameAnalytics) and crash reports (Sentry) are tied to a random installation identifier, not to your name. To have them deleted, email us with the subject above; we will ask both services to delete the data they can link to your installation and confirm within 30 days. Crash reports expire on their own after at most 90 days.

Purchases

The record of the Pro purchase is kept by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own policies (it lets you restore the purchase on a new phone). It does not contain your game data.
