These terms apply to the Mathine app (listed in the stores as "Mathine: Math Factory Puzzle", hereinafter "Application") for iOS and Android mobile devices, developed by Vadim Plămădeală (hereinafter "Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Application you agree to them. Last updated: 20 October 2026.
Licence
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to play the Application on devices you own. The Application, its puzzles, artwork, sounds and code remain the property of the Service Provider. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Application. Functions and factories you build are yours to share with the share codes the Application provides.
Purchases and advertising
The Application is free and shows advertisements. The optional one-time purchase Pro removes ads and adds the extras described in the store listing, such as creating shared worlds. It is processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms and can be restored on any device signed in with the same store account. Refunds are handled by the store. Rewarded ads are always your choice.
Shared worlds
A Pro player can create a shared world and invite friends with a private code. Members build on the same factory and can undo only their own constructions. The owner can remove members, change the invite code and delete the world. Do not use shared worlds to harass other players or to share an invite code where strangers can misuse it. The Service Provider may remove a shared world or block an account that is used for abuse, cheating against other members or attacks on the service.
Achievements and leaderboards
Achievements and scores are recorded in the Application and, if you are signed in, in Google Play Games or Apple Game Center, whose own terms apply to your player profile there. Scores obtained by manipulating the Application may be removed.
Availability and changes
The Service Provider may update, change or discontinue the Application or parts of it, including the online features, at any time, and may require you to install updates to keep playing online. Your local factory keeps working without the server.
Liability
The Application is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Application, including lost progress.
