Solvyx can be used anonymously, in which case no personal account data is stored — simply uninstalling the app removes your local data. If you created an account (via email, Google, or Apple) and want to delete it and all associated data, please follow one of the methods below:
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account and Data within the mobile app.
Send an email to vitp.work@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject: Account and Data Deletion Request.
Note: Once processed, your account and all associated data (your leaderboard scores, duel results, coin balance, and profile) will be permanently deleted from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
We confirm and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If you signed in with Google or Apple (including Apple's Private Relay @privaterelay.appleid.com address) and cannot email us from the account address, include your display name and any details that help us locate your account. Some information may be retained where required by law (for example, transaction records for tax or fraud-prevention purposes) and is deleted once that legal retention period ends.
