This privacy policy is applicable to the Solvyx app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by Vadim Plămădeală (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS".
Solvyx works offline and does not require an account. Your game progress, puzzle statistics, and coin balance are stored locally on your device. You can play without providing any personal information.
Some optional features — global leaderboards, asynchronous duels, and syncing your progress across devices — use an online account. By default this account is anonymous: it is a random identifier with no personal information attached. If you choose to save your progress permanently, you may create an account using your email address and a password, or by signing in with Google or Apple. You may also choose a display name that is shown on leaderboards. Registration is not mandatory; however, some online features are unavailable unless you create or sign in to an account.
When you use these online features, the Service Provider stores your account information and game data on its servers — such as your leaderboard scores and stat values, duel results, coin balance, and any display name you choose. The Service Provider may also use the contact information you provide to send you important information, required notices, and — where permitted — occasional marketing.
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique identifiers (such as the device ID and advertising identifier), the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and information about the way you use the Application. The IP address is also used to determine an approximate country, which is shown next to leaderboard entries.
This Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device. It does not request or use GPS or precise-location permissions. As described above, an approximate country is derived from your IP address for leaderboard purposes only.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features. Puzzles are generated by a deterministic algorithm on your device.
The Service Provider shares personal information with third-party service providers only as needed to operate and improve the Application — for example, to host your online account and leaderboard data, to serve and measure advertising, to process purchases, and to diagnose crashes and understand usage. Each provider is listed below with a link to its privacy policy. The Service Provider does not sell your personal information. The Service Provider may also share information with third parties in the ways described in this privacy statement.
Categories of data collected: Identifiers (device ID, advertising identifier, IP address, and a pseudonymous app-instance ID); account information (email address and any display name you choose); an approximate country derived from your IP; app activity and usage; purchase history; and crash / diagnostic data.
Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
The Service Provider does not sell your personal information to third parties.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information the Service Provider holds about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (the Service Provider does not sell personal information). If you have an account, you can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time — see the Delete Account and Data page — or by contacting the Service Provider at the address below. Anonymous accounts hold no personal information and can be discarded simply by uninstalling the Application.
Legal bases (EEA / UK users): The Service Provider processes your data on the following legal bases — performance of a contract (to provide your account, leaderboards, duels, and purchases); your consent (for personalized advertising and, on iOS, tracking via the advertising identifier), which you may withdraw at any time without affecting prior processing; the Service Provider's legitimate interests (to secure the service, prevent fraud and cheating, and improve the Application); and compliance with legal obligations. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time in your device settings or the in-app consent options. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
California residents (CCPA / CPRA): The Service Provider does not sell your personal information for money. However, using the advertising identifier to show personalized ads may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out at any time by declining the App Tracking Transparency prompt (iOS), refusing personalized-ads consent, or turning off ad personalization / resetting your advertising identifier in your device settings. California residents also have the right to know, delete, correct, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights; to exercise them, contact vitp.work@gmail.com. Where technically supported, we honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC).
You can halt all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also reset or limit your advertising identifier, and opt out of personalized ads, in your device's privacy settings.
The Service Provider retains your account and game data (leaderboard scores, stat values, duel results, coin balance, display name) for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account — in-app via Settings → Account → Delete Account and Data, or by request — this data is permanently deleted from our servers, normally within 30 days, except where a longer period is required by law (for example, to comply with legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations). Automatically collected diagnostic and analytics information is retained for up to 24 months and thereafter may be kept only in aggregated form. Local data on your device is removed when you uninstall the Application.
Some of our service providers (including our hosting, advertising, analytics, and payment providers) may process your data in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where data is transferred out of the EEA or the UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 16 (or the minimum age of digital consent in their country, whichever is higher).
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (vitp.work@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve their Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
If you choose to make an in-app purchase in Solvyx (such as removing ads, a premium tier, or coin packs), payment is processed by the app store (Google Play Billing or the Apple App Store), and entitlements are managed through RevenueCat. We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to those third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.
The Application may display advertising provided by Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may use your device's advertising identifier to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising, or reset your advertising identifier, at any time in your device settings.
Apple devices (iOS): Before any tracking that uses your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) takes place, the Application will ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, you will not be tracked for personalized advertising; you may still see non-personalized ads. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland: Before personalized ads are served, the Application shows a consent message (using a Google-certified consent management platform) so you can grant or refuse consent for the use of your data for advertising, and you can update your choice later. Where consent is refused, only non-personalized ads are shown.
We use Firebase (Google Analytics and Crashlytics) to record app events, feature usage, performance, and crash reports so we can improve the Application. This includes a pseudonymous app-instance identifier, your device model and operating system, and diagnostic information such as crash logs. This information is not used to identify you personally. On Apple devices, any use of the advertising identifier for this purpose is subject to the App Tracking Transparency permission described under "Advertising" above.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-07-01
By using the Application, you are giving your consent to the Service Provider processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing" means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information.
If you have any questions regarding privacy while using the Application, or have questions about the practices, please contact the Service Provider via email at vitp.work@gmail.com.
